真正的祝福必须来自你们自己

“有罪的自己”这个观念将不会在我们的书中占主导地位，但我们肯定会深入探究各种宗教所抱持的许多不利的概念——这些概念一定会让许多人感觉自己确实是有罪的，而不是被祝福的。

The idea of the sinful self will not be predominant in our own book, but we certainly will delve into the many unfavorable concepts that are held by the various religions — concepts that certainly make many people feel that the self is indeed sinful rather than blessed.

自己的确是被祝福的，而仅仅提醒人们这个事实，就常常能使负面信念大为减弱，尤其当它们不是太根深蒂固的话。

The self is indeed blessed, and just the reminder of that fact can often short-circuit negative beliefs, particularly if they are not too deep-seated.

如果有人告诉你们，你们是邪恶的，因为你们活着，而你们信以为真了，那么你们的确会进退两难。现在我告诉你们，你们是被祝福的，因为你们活着。我也是被祝福的，因为我活着！我的活力就是你们的活力，它透过你们的肚子说话，就像它透过你们的心智和存在说话一样，因为它是你们自己的。我只是让你们品尝自己存在的活力，好让你们能从自己身上汲取营养和知识。那是你们自己的喜悦、你们自己存在的权利以及你们自己的活力，那就像号角一样隐秘，像松鼠一样高贵。它就是你们自身存在的魔法——你们所知的知晓——你们自己的如是！

If someone tells you that you are evil because you are alive and you believe it, then you are indeed in a quandary. Now I tell you that you are blessed because you are alive. And I am blessed because I am alive! And my vitality is your vitality, and it speaks through your gut as it speaks through your mind and your being, for it is your own. I merely let you taste the vitality of your own being so that you can draw sustenance and knowledge from yourselves. And that is your own joy, and your own right to be, and your own vitality, that is as secret as a trumpet, that is as dignified as a squirrel. It is the magic of your own being--the knowing that you know--the Is-ness of yourselves!

无论何时，当你们牺牲自己，或让自己不快乐、痛苦、生病，并且抱着一大堆你们无法回答的问题时，那是因为你们不想要答案，而让自己置身于难以忍受的处境之中。所有这一切都是因为你们接受的教导是，你们是有罪的，因为你们活着！

Whenever you sacrifice yourselves, or make yourselves unhappy, miserable, ill, and filled with questions that you cannot answer, it is because you do not want answers, to put yourselves in positions that are impossible. All of this because you have been taught that you are guilty because you are alive!

不管你们是从宗教还是科学中得到这个观念，结果都是一样的。所以我的讯息只是，你是被祝福的，因为你是。你是可以喜悦的，因为你是。你有理由在这里，因为你在这里。

Whether you get this idea from religion or science, the results are the same. And so my message is, simply, you are blessed because you are. You can be joyful because you are. You have a reason here because you are here.

Whenever anyone tells you that authority resides outside of yourself, do not believe him. When anyone tells you, though the world tells you, that your joy resides outside of you, do not believe them or the world. Your salvation does not depend upon another. You have never lost your soul. You are your souls. You are your souls in flesh.

你们的身体就是你们的肉身灵魂。荣耀它们。不管谁告诉你们，身体是肮脏的，不要听他的。你们可以信任自己的身体，就像信任灵魂一样。在你们的实相里，身体就是灵魂所穿的外衣。

Your bodies are your souls in flesh. Do them honor. Whoever tells you that the body is soiled, do not listen to him. You can trust your bodies as you can trust your soul. In your reality, the body is the garment that the soul wears.

现在我祝福你们，但祝福必须来自你们自己。真正的祝福必须来自你们自己。你们必须认识到，你们是与“一切万有”合而为一的，而那唯一能给予祝福的人就在你们之内，你们必须愿意接受只有你们才能给出的祝福，接受只有你们才能给予自己和他人的快乐。

Now I bless you, but the blessings must come from yourselves. The real blessings must come from yourselves. You must realize that you are one with All That Is, and within you is the only one who can give blessing, and you must be willing to accept the blessing that only you can give, and the joy that only you can give to yourselves and to one another.

任何语言中都永远不应该有一个词表示忏悔。应该只有一个词意为——我祝福。因为当你祝福的时候，你不需要去忏悔；而当你接受祝福的时候，没什么好忏悔的。“一切万有”的爱，只需要你变得像空气一样开放，因为当你像空气一样开放时，“一切万有”的喜悦就会不加区别地流经你，没有什么可忏悔的。只有当你不知喜乐的时候，你才需要忏悔。因为在喜悦之内，在“一切万有”之内，只有意识、荣耀和歌声。只有幸福。

There should never be a word in any language that means repentance. There should only be a word that means, I bless; for when you bless, you do not need to repent. For when you accept a blessing, there is nothing to repent. Love of All That Is requires simply that you become open as air, for when you are open as air then joy of All That Is flows through you indiscriminately, and there is nothing to repent. You only need repentance when you do not know joy. For within joy and within All That Is there is only glory, consciousness and song. There is only blessedness.

当你为自己的罪而严责自己时，你就没有了悟喜悦是什么。你会指责一朵花茎弯曲的花儿吗？所以在你们自己身上，了解自发性，并处于自发性中，你们就会发现喜悦。自发性有自己的规律，你不需要把纪律强加于它。

When you berate yourself for your sins, then you do not realize what joy is. Do you berate a flower that has one crooked stem? So in yourselves, know spontaneity and in spontaneity you will find joy. Spontaneity has its own discipline. You do not need to enforce discipline upon it.
