Good evening dear friends, I has been practicing Hatha yoga ( Teacher training ) for 27 days in Kerala, Sound India. We are also learning Veda, Upanishads and Bhagavad Gita everyday.
晚上好!来到印度的最南部的喀啦啦已经27天了,从?早上5点?到?晚上10:30?为止,忙得连呼吸的时间都没有,但是很高兴有机会研究印度的吠陀经,奥义书,博伽梵哥,这些都是印度哲学中最精华的典籍,尤其是有了机会更深入研究哈他瑜伽,提高哈他瑜伽。 在密宗中最重要的是我们要首先打开脉(七万两千个脉)然后打开内 气,气脉通畅,从而使大手印的红点和白点融合一体,最后达到大手印的境界,即怔悟成佛 。
因此瑜伽会帮助我们打开身体中的脉,瑜伽也有很多不同的水平,密宗瑜伽是难度比较高,修炼密宗瑜伽需要一定的基础,因此如果我们把哈他瑜伽的学习作为前习再进入密宗瑜伽的练习将会更有效更容易。
练习哈他瑜伽会帮助我们打开左脉右脉的支脉,而练习密宗瑜伽将会帮助我们打开身体的五轮和中脉。

Hatha simply refers to the practice of physical yoga postures, meaning your Ashtanga, vinyasa, Iyengar and Power Yoga classes are all Hatha Yoga. The word “hatha” can be translated two ways: as “willful” or “forceful,” or the yoga of activity, and as “sun” (ha) and “moon” (tha), the yoga of balance. Hatha practices are designed to align and calm your body, mind, and spirit in preparation for meditation.
