藥茶功效

枸杞茶

原料：枸杞10g、花茶3g、冰糖10g。

用法：用250ml开水冲泡后饮用，冲饮至味淡。

功能：滋肾润肺，补肝明目。

用途：肝肾阳亏，腰膝酸软、头晕目眩、目昏多泪;虚劳咳嗽;消渴;遗精。

Medlar tea
Ingredients: Chinese wolfberry 10 g, 3 g, scented tea, 10 g sugar.
